Trade Stand Information

• Size: 1.8 metre trestle table (you may purchase the use of more than one trestle table)

• Please remember to bring your own tablecloth.

• Bump in is 5.00pm - 7.00pm on Friday 29th September

• Bump out is 5.00pm - 6.30pm on Monday 2nd October

• The Festival Closing Concert will finish around 4.00pm. You are encouraged to keep your trade stands open until 5.00pm.

• Please note that other than large instruments which must be displayed on the floor, all other merchandise must be displayed on the allocated tables and not on the floor.

• Pull-up banner(s) or media wall must not exceed a combined width of 1.8m per trade stand registration. No advertising materials are to be affixed to the walls of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

• Trade Stand staff members can attend the Festival events free of charge. Each Trade Stand can have a maximum of two staff members. Additional members will need to pay for a full Festival Pass, at the Super Saver rate.

Choice of trade stand position will be prioritised by time of payment received.
